- You’ll need to find a practitioner in your area or make an enquiry about doing an online-only course, in which case any of our practitioners are suitable. You can find out more about our practitioners here.
- Depending on which birth preference you have – Natural or Caesarean, you’ll need to purchase and download your My Birthing Kit tools for your own personal use. You can find out more about the Moms To Be resources here.
- Once you’ve found a My Birthing Kit practitioner (either online or for in-person classes) you’ll discuss the details of your course with them – whether you’ll be doing Group or Private classes, Natural birth or Caesarean, and what the cost of the course is. This is determined by your practitioner and can vary depending on where you are based.
- Now that you have the course materials and have found a My Birthing Kit practitioner, you’ll attend a My Birthing Kit course which includes either 4 weekly classes, each 2.5 hours long for Natural Birth, or a single 2.5 hour class for Caesarean birth.
